Our local teams have a unique knowledge of the area, site and ground conditions, access to current and historic site records and knowledge of existing structures, enabling you to make the best informed design choices.  We have provided the Building Control services on the most technically complex developments; our early involvement adds value throughout the design process and helps your team manage risk.

We offer a prompt, proactive and commercially aware service offering cost effective advice. As part of your design team, our established relationships with other local authority departments, the local Fire Service, Highways, etc will help streamline the development process.
