LABC Training Pre-Pay

The flexible LABC Training 'Pre-Pay' system allows you to pay in advance for training as a way to secure training during subsequent months or years. This is offered in response to member demands to support the long term planning of training and to manage activity between financial years.

You can decide to spend money on LABC Training now - and we will invoice you - before you decide exactly which courses you want to book. Your account will be kept in credit with statements supplied to show deductions as you make bookings.

This facility means that members can secure training through 2012/13 but keep the flexibility to decide which staff will attend particular courses at particular venues.

How 'Pre-Pay' Works:

The LABC 'Pre-Pay' facility is exclusive to LABC members. You decide how much you wish to pre-pay and contact Kirsten Wiltshire at LABC who will arrange invoicing kirsten.wiltshire@labc.uk.com. VAT is payable at the prevailing rate. Download and complete the simple Pre-Pay Form and then decide which courses you would like to book. Remember that arranging a shared course at your own venue might be the most cost effective way for your staff to attend.

Terms and Conditions

No booking is confirmed until full payment has been received by LABC. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, LABC Training reserves the right to amend or cancel any training course or training event. Delegates will be notified in advance and provided with a full refund or the option to transfer to another training event. If a training course or training event becomes oversubscribed, places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you on receipt of full payment. A booking is not a confirmed booking and will be held for 10 working days. Joining instructions will normally be sent one week prior to the event. Fees include tea, coffee, lunch (when applicable) and course materials. VAT is not included in the publicised course fee. Lunch is not provided with some half-day courses.

Cancellations

Delegates may cancel their place and receive a full refund providing that notification is received in writing at least 15 working days prior to the event. Any cancellations made after this time will render the delegate liable for the full delegate fee. If a delegate cancels their place can be transferred to another person within the same organisation. Please advise LABC of any name changes as soon as possible.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

LABC will provide CPD certificates for all courses.
