LABC Training offers members access to "Shared Training" where you run an LABC training event at your own venue and then invite others to attend and share the cost. LABC Training will provide the trainer, content, work material, hand-outs and CPD certificates. You provide a suitable venue, catering, equipment and book your own staff onto the courses. Illustrated savings: These are hypothetical sums but are realistic examples of how LABC members can use Shared Training to reduce the cost per head of training their own staff. Although there may be additional trainer accommodation and travel costs, it still means that high quality training can be arranged with a saving of up to 70%. Your staff do not have the inconvenience and added expense of having to travel. |

How LABC Shared Training WorksOne authority is nominated to "host" the training and provides a single point of contact for all administration including confirming dates, rooms, catering, delegate names, etc. You supply and confirm a suitable venue and catering. Rooms must be appropriate for formal in-depth training with comfortable tables/chairs, privacy, quietness, with projector and screen etc. Most full day courses are suitable for a maximum of 50 delegates. Some workshop courses may have a lower maximum and some update courses can be expanded. LABC Training will invoice the host authority. Most LABC Training 1-day and some half-day courses can be selected for Shared Training. |
