Submit-a-Plan.com is a partnership between LABC and Resolution to facilitate e-working between local authority building control teams and their clients. Many local authorities support - and even prefer - online plans submission and e-working to simplify the whole submission and checking process.
Resolution has a variety of Submit-a-Plan marketing material that you can download from there site.

Submit-a-Plan enables anyone with access to the web to submit building control applications electronically to local authorities across the country free of charge.
